Ivy Schultz, Principal

I specialize in helping leadership teams fill the gap between strategy and implementation. My team and I bridge concepts into the real world with innovative approaches for idea clarity, concept development, team alignment, effective brand positioning, and creative services.

I’m curious by nature and want to know “why?”  If we can’t see the context or purpose, it’s really hard to move into defining the strategy, leading organizational change, or even brand development. That’s why I’m drawn to design thinking. It’s creative. It’s flexible. It sets the stage and foundation for people to succeed. 

I have had the privilege of advising, consulting, and coaching executives of leading brands like Cigna and Royal Bank of Scotland, as well as many small firms that are no less important.
